SONNE A/S complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Entering our website, we collect certain information. The information is primarily used to help us improve our site by tracking what pages you visit and session duration. To do so, this information is shared with Google via Google Analytics.

You can opt out of the use of cookies on our site by deleting them and not accepting the use of cookies on your next visit.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It allows recognition of device and enables tracking throughout the page.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilises the data collected to track and examine the use of our website to prepare reports on its activities.

Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. It works by shortening Users’ IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

 

Moove GDPR
Moove is a WordPress integrated plugin that alerts users on their first visit that our website is using cookies. Placing a cooking for this service allows us to store your acceptance of our cookies and privacy policy for future visits.

 

Personal Data

We never share personal data with 3. parties unless you explicitly give us your consent to do so. We do not collect personal information unless you have provided these by registering, participating in a survey or the like.

If you want access to the information registered about you in our system, please contact us. If incorrect information is collected or you have other objections, please state this clearly upon contacting us.

You have the option to gain insight into what information is stored about you and you may object to the registration under the provisions of the Danish Privacy Act.

 

Recruitment Portal
By using our recruitment portal, you consent to storing data including name, e-mail, CV, application, and photograph in our systems.

The collected information will be available to a limited number of SONNE-employees and is exclusively used for recruitment purposes.

The data is stored in IT-systems hosted by a 3. party that is bound by contract only to store the data for our use, i.e. they are not allowed to access your data.

We retain your information for 6 months. Hereafter you will receive an e-mail asking you to renew or revoke your consent to store the information.

 

Customer Data

SONNE exclusively stores ordinary information about customers and contacts through the GDPR-approved CRM-system Lime. This information includes name, e-mail, work phone number, and in certain cases job function in terms of title or work area, moreover, public social media profiles on a contact person in the company may also be registered.

This data is valuable for your company and ours, and we therefore take our responsibility seriously in terms of secure data storage. SONNE would like to remind you that you have a right to know what information we have on your company’s employees.
